Ha ha. I am really looking forward to reading this. There are any number of groups concerned about this, and I think I already mentioned EFF (John Perry Barlow's group, but if you choose to go for what's up with control and freedom of access in the US (as opposed to world governance) you might look at EFF's page on Internet Blocking and Censorware.
I am going to read your next entry before I write a long list and then find out you have changed your topic.
